Anina Yatay Salas--her name made up of three palindromes--gets teased a lot at school. When she’s caught fighting with her enemy Yisel, an overweight girl Anina calls the "she elephant," each of them is given a black envelope with a punishment written inside, but they’re not allowed to open it for a week. ANINA has been winning awards on the festival circuit, including the Audience Award for Best Pictures at BAFICI in 2013 and Best Direction at the International Film Festival of Cartagena.
